Roxana was on her phone before/during and did not wash her hands through out handling my eyelashes. For 1.45min she did not speak, even to check if I was okay. My bag fell at one point, she did not offer to stop so I could pick it up. The room v was cold, a blanket was offered at the beginning, but with covid, I didnt want to use shared. Told me at the end that the lash extenstions dense (I asked for whispy) as I had many. What was the point of consultation? Why not tell me during treatment?
