First time having brow lamination treatment, everything was explained well and professionally and I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The results were amazing I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone even if they are new to the treatments and i will be going back again myself :)

My first time getting my lashes done and I wanted a long full wispy set for my upcoming wedding. I told and showed the assistant exactly what I wanted, but Anni didn't seem too interested after two hours I got a minimal set that looked too natural and could be replicated using my own lashes. They do not curl, they are not long enough and are too natural for my liking. I am very frustrated as I do not have time to book another appointment elsewhere to fix this mistake. I regret coming here.
