I was waiting around 25 minutes before my lash therapist arrived due to her train being delayed - totally understandable and couldn't be prevented, and was offerred the service half price for the wait which I thought was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. The lash lift itself looks really good, one of the best I have gotten, and I'm really happy with the service overall.
