Joanna was really attentive and kind. I brought photos of what I had in mind and she recreated this exactly to suit my eyes. I asked to make a slight adjustment to the under eye patch, she was happy to. When I had lash extensions completed at previous salons, I could feel when lashes were accidentally glued together and had to be pulled apart, which was slightly painful. In contrast, Joanna isolated every eyelash so well and so it was not painful at all. Highly recommend! Thank you so much.
