First time I’ve been disappointed at lashed to be honest. Had a lash lift which was not as good as previous I’ve had here but it was fine. disappointed with the brow lamination - I wasn’t asked anything about the look I was going for. Usually walk out of lashed in love with my results. Also my appointment was for 1h30m but was done after 50 mins so felt rushed.

As a first timer, I was a bit nervous, but the whole experience was fantastic and put me at ease. The venue was very relaxing and Amiée did an amazing job. She was happy to answer any questions, and gave great advice on maintenance. Her eye for detail was really good, recommending that I come back in for a retouch if I wasn't completely happy - though I found this wasn't necessary and my lashes are still looking great a month on. Thank you!

I had a great experience and it was my first time getting my lashes done . Ajar was patient , attentive , professional and friendly . She came to get me from downstairs and called me while I was lost because she anticipated I might have lost my way ! Very committed!! I Was really impressed . Slept through my session which was bliss and shows the level of comfort . The results were great and I’ve already booked a fill in appointment . I think I’ll be a regular if long term my own lashes agree.
