A lovely relaxing experience when there. Enjoyed having the treatment. Lovely people. Upset is 2 things. I wasn’t asked what type of look I was going for and the end results. When we finished the treatment I was told I was given a natural look because it was my first time but hadn’t been asked. I can achieve this look with eyelash curlers. If I’d been asked I would’ve mentioned I was going for a dramatic look for a special occasion. With mascara they achieve my normal look so disappointing
