Oh dear! I normally have Jovita but due to needing to change my appt due to a last minute holiday and it being a day Jovita doesn’t work, I had this lash technician. However, she didn’t bother to ask what I wanted, it didn’t appear that she had checked the notes from appts with Jovita, and I went on holiday with lashes I hated so much that I had them removed whilst I was away. As a result I cancelled all my future appts albeit subsequently rebooked with Jovita.

Jovita is wonderful - I am so pleased with my lashes since I started coming to this lovely lady. I feel pampered and relaxed in her care, so much so that I usually snore my way through the treatment! Jovita excels at customer care, always making sure I am warm and comfortable before she starts the treatment, and ensuring I am happy with the previous lashes - length, shape, etc and whether I want to make any changes. I never do as they’re always perfect!
