My expectations were just higher. Have higher standards therefore expected better service. Very decent, the lash lift i could’ve done at home had better lash lifts before wi the better service. Staff was unprofessional. Very loud. Still Grateful

I have not used Lucie before but she took good care of me and removed my lash extensions with the greatest of care. No hesitation in recommending her for lash removal. Can’t comment on any other treatments as this is all I have had 😀
