Lucie was amazing! I had some stubborn lashes but she was determined to get them down but was careful about it and as a result I have the best lashes ever from a lash lift! Would highly recommend x

One lash was lifted while the other remained the same, possibly due to a lack of attention during the service. When the procedure was completed, she noticed that one eye did not have the lashes lifted at all and said that it would become curlier in 24 hrs. After 36 hrs, there was no change. Also, the person doing the procedure wasn't wearing a mask, which is just basic hygiene for this service. Their breath was right in my face the whole time, 1st time in this type of service I experience this
