This was my first experience with LVL so didn’t know what to expect but Sarah was so lovely and talked me through the whole process from start to finish. The salon itself is a bit run down when you first walk in but Sarah’s treatment room is super clean and comfortable so don’t judge a book by its cover. Sarah was super professional and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole hour which was especially important when you’ve got your eyes covered for such a long period of time. The result was amazing, I can’t believe these are my eyelashes!! I will definitely be coming regularly from now on!!
