The ambience and cleanliness of the room was wonderful & Shan herself is a fantastic person. However, I got my lashes done on the Tuesday and already on Wednesday they were falling out. Today (Thursday) the entire right eye has barely any lashes, and no water/oil/harsh contact has been made on them. As someone who historically gets lashes that last at least 2 weeks, I’m disappointed at how quickly these fell out.
