As a regular customer I am disappointed that the customer before me has written such a horrible review. The ladies at LashShack are always welcoming, kind, and listen to the style/look you are going for. Advice is always given regarding aftercare and based on your natural lash health. The customer before me was shouting in store and incredibly rude to such hardworking ladies and it’s not fair on them. Chance and Emma, 10/10 customer service every time! No bad reviews around here xx

Very disappointing experience. My requests were ignored from the start, and the treatment was completely different from what I asked for. When I raised my concerns, there was no apology or genuine attempt to fix the issue. Instead, I was dismissed and eventually told to get out of the chair. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this salon.
