The hybrid brow treatment was a new one for me. I was unhappy with the end result . I contacted the salon after I left and Alice arranged to see me early the next day. I was very happy with the remedial actions she took to correct the shape of the brows. This one experience would not prevent me from going back to the salon in the future as they took my concerns seriously .
