The hybrid brow treatment was a new one for me. I was unhappy with the end result . I contacted the salon after I left and Alice arranged to see me early the next day. I was very happy with the remedial actions she took to correct the shape of the brows.
This one experience would not prevent me from going back to the salon in the future as they took my concerns seriously .

Not only did I get my eyebrows done, but also got my nails done by Alice, ready for my festival, I am so happy with them. Have already booked her in to do my next festival nails in June! Always a great visit, such friendly staff, great atmosphere!
