Hida took the time to talk me through the process, and understand exactly how I wanted the end result of my brow wax and tint. The colour matching was spot on and left me with a really nice brow tint which wasn't too full on, so she really catered to how I wanted it. She is also just a lovely person and made the whole experience really nice and relaxing.
