Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The retention has been amazing far beyond what I expected! Every visit feels so warm and welcoming, and all the girls are incredibly friendly and professional. I truly feel like I’m in good hands every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both quality and care

Disappointing Experience
I’ve previously had positive experiences at Lash Extensions Mayfair, which makes this visit all the more disappointing. My lashes began falling out soon after the appointment, and I experienced some eye irritation. Unfortunately, arranging a correction proved difficult, and I felt the response lacked flexibility. I’ve decided to move on elsewhere , but I hope this feedback encourages greater care towards returning customers.
