It was a good experience overall and Jessica was very nice. It was a bit confusing to begin with though because the salon was closed and locked and I had to ring to be let in.

I arrived and walked downstairs to the Lash&Brow area, which was small but really cute! I met Jessica, who was lovely and we discussed exactly what I wanted to have done. Even though I needed more lashes than I thought, we came to agreement which worked really well and meant i didn't have to pay more.
The eyelashes look gorgeous - really natural like I wanted. I have had them for 5 days and none have fallen out yet so think they'll last well. I'm going to rebook for a couple of weeks time
