Jessica was really lovely. She made me feel very comfortable, the place was clean and I liked the heated bed. It's my first time getting LVL so I am not sure how it will last. It looks good, but I wish the lashes were dyed a bit blacker. The dye wasn't left long and I still have to apply mascara to make them black and I was hoping I didn't have to do that with the treatment. But maybe that's just the nature of the treatment. But just be aware that you will still need to apply mascara with Lvl unless your lashes are jet black.
