I really liked Jessica, and she did an excellent job on my top lash line. However, it doesn't say that she doesn't do bottom lashes, so I was disappointed with this. Also she was on her phone scheduling a client for most of the appointment, to the extent that I wasn't sure what colour she was putting on my lashes and had to interrupt her to ask. But the top lash line does look good. I didn't have the eyebrow threading, but couldn't submit without giving it a star rating
