Had lashes done by trainee. It took 2.5 hours. Had different sets of lashes on each eye, some bald patches and lashes that pointed different directions. Glue in my eye and painful nipping of my eyelid with tweezers. A lot fell out after 2-3 hours. I was refused a refund and made to feel that I should be grateful that I wasn't charged £10 for removal. Treatwell needs to advertise that the trainee does not guarantee results or an acceptable experience.

Was a small room but not much room is needed anyway. It stung which usually it doesn’t however results were great so can’t complain. Will be booking again
