The eyelashes looked good but fell out quickly. I then made another appointment and this was rescheduled 2 times within a day on the app without even checking first if I was available. When I called to check, the person I spoke to said the lady who does the lashes had gone on holiday on the day that I had the appointment. When she finally got in touch, it was to say that direct clients had priority over those on Treatwell (even though the client pays the same price). Very disappointing and disrespectful to people’s time and money.
