When I arrived they didn’t know about my booking which I had made online. I was not offered a drink the whole service or waiting time. During the service I was not explained what was happening, which is concerning when you haven’t been somewhere and don’t have the trust in the technician. They didn’t bother to build a relationship with me as a client.. THEN changed people randomly mid treatment, as another client arrived. Wasn’t impressed.
