The treatment room is small and there isn't much space around the table but that doesn't stop Jess giving an amazing deep tissue massage. She was so lovely and they were running a little bit behind in the treatment room but she was really apologetic and they made sure to properly clean the room in between clients. Such a great little gem as it isn't a spacious place but they provide a really good quality service and I will certainly be back again.

I have an abundance of beauty salons near me in Otterbourne, some are very smarty pants and luxurious but I have never felt comfortable there, I much prefer to go to fair oak for all my beauty needs at Lorraine's
Lash and Beauty lounge. I get a first class service , personal, I’m made to feel really welcome, Lorraine and Jess are so friendly, other clients in the salon are clearly very happy too. They genuinely remember all the things you’ve chatted about in the past and all your preferences.

Love going to get my eyelashes done here the staff are so friendly and attentive, Lorraine does my eyelashes perfectly and attention to detail is second to none, I would 100% recommend this salon great value for money for a high end finish .
