The gel polish was applied very badly and was lumpy. Whilst filing one of my nails, Lorraine caught the skin surrounding my nail leaving it bleeding.
The top coat was not applied evenly.
Lorraine also made some comments about Asian nail technicians which made me feel very uncomfortable and felt racist.
