Lizzie is truly the best thing since sliced bread. Not only is she amazing at her job, she's kind, reassuring and straight to the point. Which is all the things you need when trusting someone to assist with your self care needs. I was absolutely traumatised after having a breakout from some bad makeup and in the space of 2 months Lizzie had my skin looking better and healthier than ever. You are worth investing and the Laserlife Clinic can be trusted. I had a series of sessions including a sweet pea chill and a chemical peel (pictures coming soon)
I’m going to review the features and services within this clinic and then give my overall review. Starting with:
Customer service: The members of staff in this clinic are prompt, friendly and very easy to talk to, both online and offline. The customer service here has been a quintessential part of the experience I’ve had at this clinic as the service provided has proven to be well worth the praises it’s received. It’s worth noting that, I personally found that I’ve never had to wait in any queues for my appointments as they are always addressed on time and with due diligence.
Price: The prices on offer for the treatments available at this clinic are pretty good especially when you consider the sales and promotions that are often on. For example, the cost of my Fraxel laser treatments was halved due to a sale that was on when I decided to book my appointments. Other promotions are also on-going at different times throughout the year and well worth checking out for anyone looking to make extra savings. The prices and promotional offers are honestly one of the key points that made me attend and pay for the services at this clinic instead of the other clinics in London.
Services / Products: There are a wide range of aesthetic products and services available at this clinic. I personally went there for the Fraxel laser treatment and have been going there for the last few months. I’ve also had my face lasered with the same treatment – with great results. The website for this clinic has a wide range of details available and online customer support help which I used before booking my appointment – I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re thinking of booking a consultation or using the services here.
Atmosphere/Look: The lighting and atmosphere within this clinic is of a low-tone, relaxing and very comforting. The clinic itself isn’t very big, but I’ve never had any issues with this as I’ve never had to wait for any of my appointments during the 6 months+ that I’ve been coming here.
Hygiene: The Clinic is tidy, well-kept and very clean as you would hope and expect.
Summary: Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with all the treatments I’ve received at this clinic and as such, look forward to having more treatments done in the future with them. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have any treatments done.
Ignore bad reviews! Had and still having such an amazing experience at laser life! 5* treatment, Lizzie makes you feel extremely comfortable, makes sure your happy with the treatment being performed whilst taking her time thoroughly and providing the best results! Been visiting here for nearly a year and have had mind-blowing results from laser especially due to the fact that I have dark thick hair. Worth every penny and looking forward to more treatments in the future. Cannot recommend here enough!!
