I haven’t had a wax in 11 years as found it too painful to outweigh the benefits. I decided to be brave and went for the all off option 😬 Silvia put me at ease straight away and was chatty and friendly. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it really didn’t hurt and Silvia took her time to make sure no hair was left behind. Perfect service and lovely lady. I’ll be going back.
