Silvia was super-friendly and super-quick which made the experience easy, and somewhat pain free. It would have been even better if there was a towel available to 'cover up' before the wax started.

Great as always! Very regular customer and always enjoy the experience. Live in Oxford so try to go once every 1/2 months. Lovely experience quick and almost pain free
