I have been here a few times now and the service has been excellent every time. I had my bikini line done with hot wax which was at a good temperature. Silvia is really friendly and professional. She carried out the treatment quickly and thoroughly but it wasn't rushed. I was really happy with the results. The staff at the hairdressers upstairs are also friendly and although the treatment room downstairs doesn't have any windows it is quite pleasant. Overall a good experience and great value for money especially in London!
