I was really scared to get laser at first as I was always scared of pain and I had a huge fear of being burnt. But as soon as I had met shiva she sat me down and answered all of my questions, no question was too silly for her. She had completely put my mind at ease, and made me feel so comfortable. I honestly could never trust anyone else with my laser. Shiva is so knowledgable and knows exactly what she is doing. So pleased I found her !
I’ve been getting treated by Shiva for years now and am so excited that she opened her own practice Fangshi. With skin - Shiva is super professional, STRATEGIC, thoughtful and very attentive. She really loves what she does, which means she’ll only settle for the best results. She’s revolutionized my skin - stopped the breakouts, pigmentation, lifted scars - when I thought it could not get better. Skin expertise aside - Shiva is also a super lovely person!
