Laser Plus - Rushholm

Nice experience. Just a few things that could have been improved... The facial was great, it just seemed very rushed. The atmosphere was ruined a little by the fact that there was a lot of noise. The lady who did it wore clicky shoes, which on the laminate floor was noisy. Also, it was noisy when she was unplugging and plugging in appliances, dont know if this could be helped with an extension lead? There was also a bit of fiddling with the cd player. Finally, the treatment was meant to be an hour but i arrived 30 mins early for my treatment. I wouldnt have minded waiting but was told i didnt need to. She took me through to the treatmrnt room at 11.15 and i ended up out of the building by 12. I know its only 15 mins short, but if she’d gone a little slower i might have had the full 60 mins.

I booked for one hours facial included head and shoulders massage but everything furnished in 40 mins instead of an hour which was disappointed

There was some confusion over my appointment time which meant that I had to wait for 45 minutes in the reception, but Marjan was lovely and looked after me very well during that time! Alin was very professional and her massage helped my back A LOT. From the description I was expecting it to be a no-contact massage (through a towel) but it turned out to be an oil massage. Still, it was very good and she also gave me some advice on exercises to help my terrible back. Thank you for the great service.
