Always love my appointments at this clinic! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else for electrolysis - the only place I've found that actually makes a difference to my hair growth. :)

I was nervous as had attended a small electrolysis business in Surbiton for about 30 years and had no other experience of this type of clinic or treatment. The consultant was professional and reassuring and went to great lengths to see that I was comfortable with the treatment offered and that it didn't feel too uncomfortable. As there was a little more hair on my face than a 15 m inute consultation, shegave me an extra few minutes of treatment free of charge (as there was no-one else waiting for treatment). The waiting room/reception area seemed a bit bleak and uninspiring - could be a bit more homely and welcoming and possibly modernized somewhat. However, the greeting and welcome I got on arrival made up for this.I was very pleased with the result of the treatment.
