Humaira was so lovely, she made me feel completely relaxed. She made sure I was aware of the wait times for each part of the LVL process, making sure I was comfortable at all times, that I wasn't cold, offered me tea etc.
And most importantly my lashes look amazing! So much volume and the tint turned out nice and dark ! Definitely recommend
