Lara is a true professional but also something of an impish magician with a mischievous sense of humour. She listens carefully and takes time to explain what she is doing and why, clarifying anatomical language to enable proper understanding. I feel completely safe in her hands, which is particularly important as I have had several joint replacements as well as spinal surgery. Every time I emerge from her treatment room I feel refreshed and somehow lighter. I would highly recommend.

I booked an appointment with Lara based on the great reviews I had read about her work, and I absolutely agree with them, it was outstanding. I have had many sports massages before but I have never had myofacial. I really liked it and felt great afterwards. I travelled quite a distance to get to the appointment and will definately be going back. I whole heartedly recommend Lara, she really knows what she is doing.
