It was a birthday present to my husband. My husband constantly experienced tension headaches and after the massage he has been feeling so much better. He had an excellent experience with Lara. She was very knowledgeable and experienced. He will definitely will be going back!

Cannot speak more highly of Lara. She is a fantastic therapist and super lovely human. I've been having regular treatment for 6 months now and would not go anywhere else. I was always reluctant to be treated in the past, for a multitude of reasons, but now its an essential part of my mental and physical health. She brings so much warmth, knowledge and understanding, that I would feel lost if it wasn't part of my routine. The dog absolutely loves her too (she has treats on site)

Really great treatment. I felt completely listened to and understood and that my massage was catered according to my needs/issues as opposed to what I’d officially booked - exactly what I hope for: an individualised & thoughtful treatment! Side note, my shoulders felt free and mobile after one session, and it’s been a good while since I’ve felt that way!!
