Hi! I am a soft tissue therapist, yoga, meditation and Pilates teacher. I have been practicing for over 10 years and continue to have a passion for the human body and its capabilities to self heal. I specialized in myofascial release and TMJ but absolutely love working with all ailments. I will always try my utmost best to tailor every treatment to the individual in-front of me and listen to what is going on in their life.
