Lara was super attentive and welcoming. My sports massage focused on the trapezius and neck area as I had recently had a spasm because of skiing plus I have a desk job so that area gets quite stiff. She knew just where everything hurt and did not push more than my body allowed her. She constantly checked in and was very nice to talk to. It’s been one week now and I feel a huge difference. Would recommend with my eyes closed!!

It was my first massage with was my first treatment with Lara and I really enjoyed my session. Lara is very skilled at what she does, friendly and will adapt the treatment to your needs. I really felt cared after. My shoulders felt great after it! I definitely need more care in quads, so I can't wait for our next session. I couldn’t recommend Lara more!

I had a fantastic treatment, made to feel very comfortable, safe and welcomed. Really enjoyed the personalised treatment. Extremely talented, kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend if you are looking to let go of tension, feel lighter and reduce discomfort. My body felt great after it!

Hi! I am a soft tissue therapist, yoga, meditation and Pilates teacher. I have been practicing for over 10 years and continue to have a passion for the human body and its capabilities to self heal. I specialized in myofascial release and TMJ but absolutely love working with all ailments.
