This is my first time at Lara Lashes. I booked in for Hollywood and arrived ridiculously early (completely my fault) but the staff were happy for me to wait there until my scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, the beauty therapist was held up on the train so the receptionist (qualified) offered to do my wax. I was really happy with the service and the wax was good.
