Great Brazilian wax and the beautician is really friendly. It's a really nice and clean venue, and i'll definitely be going back.
This was my second visit to Lara Lashes, and once again I had the perfect salon experience. The salon itself is in a very handy location (it's practically on my road!) but for others, it's super close to Clapham Junction station so it's really convenient. All of the lovely Lara Lashes ladies are superb - super friendly, polite and bubbly. Both ladies who have waxed me so far have been super professional and really made me feel at ease. They've both been really chatty and polite. I really don't want to go anywhere else for my waxes but can only really afford to go to Lara Lashes when there's an offer of some sort. I'm sure that the price is good value for Lycon hot waxing but unfortunately it's a little out of my price range considering I'll be paying LL a visit every 3-4 weeks. Perhaps a loyalty scheme of some sort would be beneficial? Maybe if I could buy a block of 5 or even 10 waxes at a discounted price? Such as 5 waxes for £150 (instead of £170), 10 waxes for £290 (instead of £340) etc? Some sort of incentive like this would be a really great idea to ensure customers stay loyal to Lara Lashes rather than shopping around to find cheaper options from LL's competitors. Other than this small issue, my experience itself was once again perfect. Fingers crossed there will be another 20% Lycon offer or maybe a Treatwell offer soon so that I can book in for my 3rd appointment!
