When I arrived the staff did not seem to have any record of my booking, despite me showing them the email/texts stating 2:15. The girl that then did the threading suggested that I was late for 2:00 appointment, again despite me showing the email/text stating 2:15. The thread/wax was good in the end but there was no initial consultation (look in the mirror) to confirm what exactly I wanted done. The staff were unprofessional and unapologetic, so I will not be recommending nor going back to Lara's Lashes.
