Jelena made me feel really welcome in the Salon. She was very honest about my hair and gave me all the information I needed and gave me the hair I wanted whilst making sure it was healthy. She also sorted out my eyebrows whilst I was there even though I wasn't booked in for that as she had time. I felt very comfortable. I booked in for my next appointment there and then as I liked the place that much.

Jelena was simply fabulous.. she’s gentle and very knowledgable.. clearly passionate about what she does and takes pride in her work. Highly recommended

Second time at Lana’s. She does the best Brazilian blow dry and cut! I live 30miles away and it is worth the travel time. Never rushes, very meticulous and really pleasant x
