Such a great place, sweet and caring staff and so reasonably priced for the quality of service. I’m moving house soon but will travel back to old street to get my nails done here - that’s how good it is!!

Second time visiting (last time was 5 years ago but customer service was rude so didnt go back) this time it was very clear my technician was in training despite paying full London price.. 4 nails broke within 3 days (easily) one broke less than 24 hours after the application. I Won’t be returning. The quality of the ombré blending was very poor, as was the shape and texture of the nail.. Would suggest a junior and senior pay level. This time they were very polite though…
