The salon is really lovely and welcoming, and the hairdresser was genuinely kind, fun, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience pleasant. Everything was done nicely and I felt comfortable throughout. Yet, I was hoping for a more noticeable change though. Overall, it was a nice experience, and with a bit more attention to making the cut feel more defined, it would have been perfect!
