The place is way smaller than what the pictures show. My experience was pretty disappointing both in terms of customer service and overall comfort. I didn’t receive the service I was looking for, the treatment seemed quite unprofessional, the venue looked very poor and not at a normal standard for a beauty salon.

I found some of the staff quite rude at this salon. The treatment included a rough dry however the hairdresser told me to dry it myself because she had too many other clients to attend too. The hair colour I had actually looked very nice but due to the atmosphere I will not be coming back and would not recommend.

Strange experience, the staff didn't really understand me and was a very strange atmosphere. The place was dirty and I actually felt quite uncomfortable. But the results of the treatment were good.
