Unfortunately, my experience was the worst I ever had. I booked my spa pedicure appointment for 19:00 and at 18:30, one member of the staff called me to tell me that the previous appointment was late so we will delay mine for half an hour. I agreed, I went there 5 minutes later and the previous customer was still there. When it was my time the lady asked me if I don't mind to do shellac instead of normal polish because there was no time. I told her ok and then she put me to sit in a chair for manicure instead of the normal seating for pedicure. I told her I have booked the spa pedicure and this is what I want and she told me that there is no time for that. I found it highly unprofessional and of course I left. I lost my time and I also paid for the underground to go there. I haven't got any refund yet.
easy location with professional staff and a large choice of gel colors !
I defo recommend this place , which is clean and also provide other great services as waxing and massages

Handy location on Victoria Street not far from Strutton Ground. Speedy service, with high quality work, and very attentive to making sure the surface of the nails was well prepped so that the gel manicure would last. Three days later, no chipping at all so far. Also managed to hook me up with the business next door, at no notice, so I could get my eyebrows done. And then offered a special deal on a multibuy of manicures. All in all a very happy customer, and I'll be going back.
