Positive: the lady is very nice and very accurate, the place is clean without any weird smelling, the whole process is very efficient
Negative: please note that there is no soak off for mani&pedi and skin removal for pedicure; you need to book it for extra; I didnt understand it when I booked! my timing for 15min late as some people are coming with shellac removal that they didn't mention at booking; a bit limited pallet of colors
