I had to wait 35 mins to have my appointment after the time I had booked, I think this was either because of short staffing or a double booking. Staff were very friendly and I liked the salon. My manicure was nice but not the highest quality, it chipped the same day, although that's the nail polish's fault and not the manicurist!
