The staff were very nice, but arrived late and ran over. Was supposed to be a 45 min appointment for soak off & shellac manicure but took at least 1hr15mins, so my lunchtime appt turned into me being late back to work. Useful location if you work/live around Victoria St but facilities are noticeably basic and the windowless basement is pretty soulless. Also off-duty Toni & Guy staff sat around on their iPods, made me feel like I'd intruded on the staff room. Not a glam experience but not really convenient either as they worked so slowly (which then delayed someone with an appointment after me). Result is ok but not the best I have seen, bits of gel on my skin and quite a lumpy finish. Probably not worth £35 when a lot of places do it better for £25. Disappointed as the location is good for work but I won't return or recommend. Also they don't use the real Shellac brand if that's important to you.
This is my second visit to Csilla's and I intend to come back. One my first visit I had shellac varnish on my nails before I went away on holiday. The shellac showed no signs on coming off or any chips even after 4 weeks. I came back to sort out the nail regrowth not because the shellac had come off. Csilla (and her sister?) are also friendly and welcoming.
