I find the manager great but the therapists a little unprofessional in attitude, not so smiley and welcoming.. a bit cold, my therapist is amazing at the practical part, she has healing hands and good intuition for the treatment but communication and listening not so great... I have allergies and I never feel she takes them seriously...I feel a little unsafe for that reason on the table, not able to fully trust her.. I'd feel better with someone who is more patient and less pushy, I have to be honest because it's only fair to other places and therapists, who deserve a better rating for being absolutely on top of their game... Laxshmi is a little less quality standard in service which doesn't open me up to trying more treatments, but I know the treatment I always go for with my regular is near perfect... so I always go for her talent...not her overall attitude lol haha.. none of the therapists have a very friendly, open or warm character there, maybe it's the location culture... the types of clients they get are more downtown, I don't know.. but it's something very important to me when reviewing ... that I don't feel intimidated when I enter any business venue and I feel comfortable.. not like unwelcoming or disengaged looks. Anyway... don't want to offend anyone at this venue because as I said, when you find a talented therapist.. might be worth a compromise on some things but I have to leave neutral reviews.
