While the salon was lovely and Alessia was very nice, it was not a good threading experience. It was far too slow, which made the threading painful, and she didn't ask me to stretch my skin for 75% so the hairs were really painful to come out. After about 15 mins I couldn't take it much more, and when they showed me my eyebrows it was still in a dark room. When home I realised even after all that pain they weren't shaped well, mearly some tidied at the bottom. I think retraining is needed
Great relaxing massage, I felt very sore and it alleviated all of it. Would recommend to anyone and I am definitely going back. The atmosphere, friendliness of staff and delicious tea were great.
