I really enjoyed my visit to the salon on Sunday afternon- the venue was so tranquil and relaxing. I was treated very well by the receptionist and my therapist. My only qualms is that I paid for a full pedicure but it wasn't as expected- for example the hard skin on my heel wasn't touched and for the manicure my hands were not soaked prior to starting and again it was not what I was expecting for the price I paid. Also the gel nails on my hands only lasted 2 weeks- they peeled off which is very disappointing.

This is the second time I have been here, once again it’s all in the attention to detail.
All staff are extremely polite and friendly, treatment is relaxing, and it’s super clean and well organised... a spa experience 1 minute from Oxford Street.

Great place! My therapist was lovely and overall this body scrub was a very relaxing and pleasant moment.
We used some black salt scrub which was lovely and smelled nice. Then rinsed it in the shower which was super clean and then it was followed by some cream applied during a massage which left my skin super smooth!
I definitely hope to go back!

Lovely salon, lovely staff. Very friendly and efficient. Wax took a long time and was left with a few long hairs i'd rather have had totally removed. Would definitely try again,
